Help please: video stolen.

I'm not really sure what to think/do but my video has been stolen by 5/6 people (one of them only changed the music but kept the pictures which were mine)

It's funny NONE of them even credit me which is the annoying thing... or even asked me to use it. i'm not sure what I can do about it if anything?

Flag their videos and report that it's stolen material - if you can get enough people to flag them then something can happen. Spam their comment sections? I'm not really sure. People suck.
 
If its your nyan pokemon one thats awful :( Have they removed your name from the end too? I was thinking that as I seen the views go up so quickly that you should have had a watermark throughout the whole thing. If the music, all images are yours andd everything else in it then I would file a claim. If theres anything in there that others own the copyright to there isnt much you can do as far as I know.

Flag their videos and hope youtube will put them down.

Just fill in the youtube partner apply form with that apply for partner button, they want everyone :p Good luck!
 
UPDATE:

YouTube has removed all 7 of my stolen videos and cautioned those offenders, all done within 24hours of me writing out a copyright claim for :)

i know! i love how they replied to your comment and marked mine as SPAM! lol

after i made this post someone else uploaded my video and her description was

"I don't like this video I only did it to get views"

AS IF someone says that! lol

Glad to hear it! People like that are pretty much scum in my opinion.

And Google don't f**k around when it comes to copyright haha.
