Help! Partner or Adsense?

Hi, I am a youtuber making videos about powerlifting. Being that I am not a gamer, I don't really need or want the extra benefits that a youtube partner could provide me. Despite getting relatively few views, I still make a little money on the side. I was previously with freedom and did not like that they had a 60/40 rev share. So, my question is: Will I make more money with a standard youtube partnership and adsense or with a higher rev share partner? Any responses are appreciated
 
You won't make any more with parnerships. Some partnerships offer supposedly higher cpms with an ad sales team and brand deals and stuff, but you won't get any of those until you have a bigger channel. Don't join a network to get more money, join a network for the features they provide you, and if you don't want those features don't join.

I've found that you make about the same regardless if you're with a network or not. Only difference is the benefits and payout methods...at least when you're a smaller channel. I'm sure once your channel is big and successful then networks have a bit more appeal.
 
Oh one I thing I should mention if you aren't with a network you have to wait until you get $100 total to get paid.

Yeah I mean you would still get paid, but if you join a network like Freedom they would pay your $2 a month or whatever. You still get paid it all you just have to be patient, most channels especially when they are just starting off don't make $100 right away.
 
I would stick with Adsense if you're starting out. You won't be a large enough revenue producer for the network for them to really divert a lot resources towards you.
