Help me with creating my own intro and outro

I Love YTtalk
Well I am good at making music but not so good when it comes to graphics
I have cyberlink powerdirector and adobe photoshop
So
How to get started with creating amazing intros and outros and graphics
Detailed answer would be greatly appreciated but other answers are also welcomed

If you wish to create those awesome 3D Intros and what not, you'll have to download Adobe After Effects (Trial Version or Adobe Clouds!)

I have used it
But until I get a new laptop its certainly too heavy for my pc
so any alternatives and tutorials related to powerdirector?

Umm, I'm not quite sure since I don't use PowerDirector. I do know that several users on YTTalk provide free introduction videos so you can ask them for one?
