Help Me Transform My YT Channel PLZ

OK so all I want to know is how to get to the page where I can edit the layout of my Channel (not change the image) but change the layout where I have a main video that auto-plays when my Channel is visited.
 
I think that you are looking for is right under the header? Like there's a bar under the header where the search and home links are, and if you hover over that there's a pencil that appears in the corner of that bar and you can edit the way your channel layout work? Is that what you mean?
