Help me get started

Hello!I want to get help with a few issues that i have when im trying to make videos. They are
  • I am very lazy and unmotivated
  • I have a strange accent and sound very montone
  • I am not a naturally funny person
  • I have two channels in two different languages
If you could help me with these problems, that woulde be great :)

If I were you, I'd unify the two channels. So people who know you through your english channel, and know your native language too will watch more videos, and vice versa.
About lazyness, I'm lazy too, and I think you pretty much have to deal with it. Just keep going and you will arrive somewhere.
About the fact that you are not naturally funny, try to play it with a friend, there is much more chance to start gags and make everyone laugh.
EDIT: About the accent don't worry too, sometimes it may even help to distinguish yourelf over the mass

If you are feeling lazy, takin a nap might seem like great thing to do. :D
 
Not sure anyone can help with the lazyness and motivation. You have to want to do this, man. I mean, personally for me, it can be unmotivating when I'm busting my a** trying to perfect my content and see little result in the numbers, but I know it's a progress that needs to be made and with the right motivation I can start getting attention. At this point, I have to enjoy what I'm doing because if I'm not, then there's no real point.
