Request Help make my Twitch look nice?

I've Got It
I know this is a Youtube forum, but my Twitch is picking up in popularity, and I am putting a bit more focus toward it lately. I need someone who can make me Twitch stuff.

Stuff like:

1. Not sure what its called, but the picture that shows up where the video goes when its not live.
This will say "Not live, but check below homies" or something along the lines of that. Cool image too? (idk)

2. Title: "Welcome to the stream, humans. (or cookies)"

3. Link pics: I want "pics" with links to my Youtube, Twitter, and Paypal donation (if thats possible)

4. Stream Rules, see below:
  • No Fighting. Be polite in chat.
  • No Spamming, save it for the kitchen.
  • No Advertising or Linking, unless allowed by me or a mod.
  • No Racism, Sexism, or Cookie bashing.
  • No pouring Baking Soda on Llamas while on the Moon, PERIOD.
5. A background for the stream, and all the other stuff a stream normally has.

Color scheme, Darkish red, and white. Font type: Sort of like faded or torn or just pick one that looks good, I dunno lol. Any questions, or anything else we can discuss in PM or Skype or something. I am willing to pay $60 YTTalk Cash for this stuff. Also, I will give you a shoutout on Twitter, and Twitch (if you want).
Keep in mind I might ask you in the future to make some adjustments when needed. Thanks!
