Hi guys,
I'm using a song of a friend's of mine band in my next video.
He gave me the permission but I'd like him to sign a written one, just to play safe.
I've been looking on the web for some template but couldn't find any.
Any one can help?

Dude, you look like the guy off of the TV show HEROES or whoever that is in the thumbnail image of the video in your signature :eek:
