We could really use your help and advice.
We've been posting videos for months and have horrible growth. I mean the views are there (sorta) but the subs are just not coming in.
Please help us out and give us your advice on what we can do to expand and grow our audience

If you create films, you are going to have a hard time. For sketch writers to short film-makers, its one of the hardest areas to grow in youtube. Your best bet it to try and network with other film-makers.
Also, getting other people to star in your stuff also gets you more noticed. People are more likely to show their friends if they have worked on it or been in it :-). I will check out your channel later as I can't get on youtube on the computer I'm on.

Agreed! We do get our friends to stare it in and we share it like maniacs but yet still seem to be hitting a cap. I guess just keep going and slowly it will grow who knows.

Heres my opinion, and i've personally learned by doing this myself. If your a good video maker, and nice to the community sooner or later people will notice you. It is now up to you to take initiative and try and collaborate with someone bigger than you. Someone who thinks you have potential and would start in your video for even just a few seconds.
If your once again nice to the community sooner or later your going to make some awesome friends who may help you out. Until that day comes, keep on uploading consistent videos and keep getting better.
