Help from bigger Youtubers?

My sister has a channel with about 2,000 subs, and she said she'll give me a plug, so I'm really looking forward to that, but I don't wanna get my hopes up just in case it doesn't do anything for me. So I was just wondering how many of you have gotten plugs from someone much bigger than you, and how much it helped?

Kind of. She does vlogs about working for Disney, I do some random vlog type stuff but mostly just post my radio drama/comedy series. So we'll see what happens I guess lol.

Don't expect too much. It depends on IF they get a lot of views per day and IF the viewers got curious or intrigued by your channel. You should probably wait until you got 10+ good videos up so that new visitors/viewers could gauge if they like you enough or not to subscribe.

I had a collab and shoutout with/from a 3k subbed channel when I had around 450 subs. Within 2 days, I got an increase of maybe 20-25 subs those days, but in the long run maybe viewers got to my channel through his channel. But don't expect hundreds in one go.

I've seen some channels that had a collab with 80k subbed channels and they only get hundreds of new subs from it within 2 days of the collab.

Better know it now rather than be disappointed and start pointing fingers to each other, blaming each other, saying stuff you don't mean to each other which causes a rift between you and your sister. Lol maybe not that over dramatic but yea, you might get a little boost from it.
