Hello,
I am a new Youtube user and I upload my ORIGINAL contents to Youtube but someone hates me keep on reporting youtube that I infringed their copyright and I got 1 strike yesterday and I submitted a counter notification but today I got another one!
I don't know what's happening, Youtube takes 14 days to restore my video but only 1 day to take it down.
The one who keep on reporting me with false claims is Vietnamese and her mail is
bichchi312@gmail.com
I have mailed her to stop and retract her claims but she said that she needs 4 days to give my 4 strikes and my channel will be terminated!
Can anyone give me some hope???
Thanks

The only thing you can do is report her to YouTube and let them know she's doing it deliberately to get your channel taken down.

Are you part of a network like Freedom, if so contact them and they will deal with it in about a day or two, if you are not you just have to wait for YouTube to respond.

don't worry if you are correct and feel no guilty, which mean you didn't took other people video project and posted on your own channel.
Once they terminated your channel, you could always submit a form which tell Youtube the termination probably is not true, and state down the reason why you think so. it take several days for the Youtube team to review. Its a pain process, I faced it before, but all you can do is patient.

YouTube doesn't have a way to report false DMCA claimants.

@OP Just keep filing counter-notifications, I'm sure they'll give up soon. In the chance of your account getting terminated, you can still file counter-notifications without having an active account: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6005919 (you send that info to copyright@youtube.com)

How long will it takes to complete? I waited 2 or 3 days.[DOUBLEPOST=1405969818,1405969668][/DOUBLEPOST]

I submitted DMCA counter-notice on my channel and also via mail. I hope they will do the right and make the truth.

The process takes around 2 weeks for each counter-notification.
