Help! Channel Icon Problem

So, a friend of mine mentioned this to me and it worries me deeply. So, if you click on my channel, my channel banner and my channel icon show up, right? It does for me and him. But on his subscriptions (see screenshot), it doesn't show my icon! This is seriously bugging me! Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I've tried reuploading to google+ different versions and after an hour or so they show up on YouTube but the channel icon in the subscription spot never changes from just the generic 'nobody' face. Help!!!

This seems to be a random glitch happening to different people for different channels. Like today I checked and saw xjawz and Indy Mogul's avatar disappeared as well.
 
It should fix itself. I've had it happen both to me and my subscriptions and usually a couple days later it fixes itself.

I deleted all of the pictures on google+ and waited for the icon to disappear on YouTube. Then I reuploaded. It appears on my banner, but didn't show up in the side subscription spot!!!! :(

Any other suggestions, or is it time for YouTube support?

I'm out of ideas :/ YouTube support it is.
