Youtube is being its annoying self again and not letting me change my custom thumbnail! I have it set as a picture and wish to change to another pic but it won't change! It doesn't even upload the picture! HALPS!!!

um have you tried selecting a thumbnail it suggests saving then quickly uploading a new one u sally I've found that works

Did you have a 2nd copyright strike?
With the 2nd strike you can't have your own thumbnails and annotations anymore.
