HELP!!! ANNOTATION PROBLEMS

Ok, so. Made myself a little outro with subscribe, previous video and the likes on it.
I go to annotate, put one in for the previous video, works fine.
Go to do the subscription annotation and I click on it and POOOOF....nothing just disappearing!
Am i doing a clear rookie mistake or what? cos i have never had this before and its annoying as i have had to leave the outro out of my past 5/6 videos and i have one video with one outro that has no annotations....it silly lol

Lots of people have been having problems with the subscription annotation in particular. You're not alone. It may be a YouTube issue
 
it's happening with me and a few other youtubers as well..its nothing you are doing wrong i don't think man! just hang tight untill youtube fixes it! what i can Recommend is do what i do... Still put up a "Subscribe" annotation but just link it to a Previous video or something that's what i am doing until it gets fixed!

cheers guys, im happy to know that im not doing something idiotic which is more then often the case! lets up they sort it soon, cos im stuck in a numbers rut and need some moving, #youtuberproblems hahaha
 
Yeah it's not working for Playlist links either, making my outtros pretty much useless :L but I just keep them there for when it works again :3
 
I'm having the same issue i imagine its just a random bug or something YouTubes got from these new channel layouts being integrated with some channels who knows i hope it gets fixed soon cause i got the same thing with my outro as well
 
I had this issue for the last week or so. What I have found out is that if you start typing your channel name into the link section, YouTube usually fills in all the rest for you. Not sure if this happens to anyone else, just thought I would share.

Yah it happens for me probably some new feature took me a bit to get use to it though
