Headset/Mic suggestions

So on my last video I thought my headset was working properly but when I listened to it HOLY HELL WAS IT HORRIBLE... I am currently too lazy to redo the video but I probably will soon.

My headset works fine on everything else so I so not know what happened...

I need a new headset or mic anyways so I was wondering if anybody had an suggestions for cheap but good ones...

Cheap meaning $250 or less lol

Please & thank you :)

For mics only, you can get the Samson Go-Mic or Blue Snowflake. Both very cheap compared to the quality.
Samson Go-Mic on Amazon UK: ~£32
Blue Snowflake on Amazon UK: ~£49

If you wanna go for a headset, then check out Sennheiser, Steelseries and AKG. All got some cheap headsets with proper mics. Watch out for AKG though, they can get expensive quick ;-)

Thank you :) I really appreciate it. I will take a look at them all

I won one thats amazing quality, I haven't recorded with it properly yet due to illness.

The headset is made by Qpad and is the QH-90 model.

I have bought Sennheiser exclusively for years because they're always excellent. In general, I would never recommend a headset for anything but livestreaming though. The quality just isn't there and I'm an audiophile. If the headset works fine for everything but recording, then a standalone mic would be a great idea. I don't recommend Blue mics unless you can get the Yeti for 40% or more off the list price. It's not a terrible mic but is far to often recommended and better for the price can be had (Samson C01U, Shure SM58, AT2020) unless it's on a ridiculous sale.

Sennheiser PC 360 is the one I've currently got (No videos to show off the mic quality) and it is amazing. The quality is the best I've heard (Though it needs a designated soundcard to work properly as it has a 60ohm resistance)
Its an open back headset, which means the sound does leak a bit, but it highly necessary for the top notch audio. While it also leaks a bit in as well, you can turn this babe up quite loud without it being discomforting at all. (Speaking of comfort, this is the most comfortable headset I've ever tried)
It you however, feel the open back design is not for you, I'd recommend the Sennehiser PC350, which is much the same, but a closed back design to shut out/in noises, though the audio quality suffers a bit due to this. (However, still much better than most gaming headsets out there) Really comfortable, but not as comfortable as the 360.

It also has a function that is responsible for me not leaving the Logitech G35 for a while, which is that the mic automatically mutes when you flip it up.

It's about $165 on Amazon.
