HD PVR?

Hi, I've been thinking about making some gaming videos for my channel. I don't really know anything about hd pvrs, so I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have a xbox 360, and own a MAC. So it has to be capable with macs.

Whats your opinion on a good hd pvr? I'm looking for one that works well but isnt super expensive. Thanks!
