HD PVR 1st edition

Hey guys is there anyone here that can help me with the settings. It seems like no matter what I do I cant get it in HD i got avideo of quality test which is my latest settings. So can anyone help me
 
Through sony vegas I am rendering it in 1080p. On the HD PVR im not sure like all the videos I see are for the 1st edition or they say use the default settings but there is like no color
