HD Option Randomly dissappeared -.-

I uploaded this video, youtube.com/watch?v=apmnsOv5vtE and I could choose 1080P and then I went to add my usual annotations, and I cannot select 1080P anymore, was wondering what happened, It still has the HD tag next to the video title in video manager, is it just on my screen (non HD option) or everyones? :confused:
 
I recommend not to use 1080 to be honest. Most people dont tend to stream it in that quality plus it saves a lot of time rendering it and doesnt kill your file size, 720 is fine to me.

Yes I never watch in 1080, just 720, I uploaded the video, previewed it for errors, it was on 720, Then I added annotations and all it goes up to is 480P /:
 
It's a recent upload. YT needs a bit of time to finish processing it. It's happened to me a few times, but it'll get there in the end by itself :)

Haha it was just weird because in the begining I could choose HD now no, but apparently others can :p
 
This happens to me sometimes, like others have said it needs time to process even if the video no longer says "processing...". I get situations where I can see it in full HD or HD and my friends can't and sometimes I get situations where they can see it in full HD/HD and I can't lol
