HD Game Capture on Macbook Pro?

I'm looking for a way to capture HD video and commentary (using a USB mic) at the same time on a Macbook Pro as cheaply as possible. I would like to be able to record the game, game audio, and commentary in real time, then export the video when I'm done so it can be uploaded directly to YouTube without having to go through any editing software.

Any suggestions for hardware / software? Please give me advice as if I don't know anything about game capture (namely because I don't know anything about game capture).
 
Elgato Game Capture HD.
BlackMagic Intensity Extreme.

Both record gameplay. Both compatible with Mac.
 
isnt there a good recorder built into QuickTime? Just what I heard though, no guarantees but I heard it's pretty good
