Having problems with Community Guidelines strikes

I don't know where this topic should go, so I will put it here.

A few days ago one of my videos were deleted and my channel now has revoked options (like video lengths). I feel that this was in the wrong by Youtube, I never had any warnings, and the punishment is really severe! (For six months as well). My partnership said it could have been my tags, (miniscule tags like putting "russian" or "camp" is not allowed. Its to vague) and that I shouldnt really appeal it.

So here is my question. Is there any way to contact YouTube about this, without taking such a risky act as appealing it? Is there any way to just get the options back, like video lengths? And are the effects going to last six months long, or just the strike?

I dont know anything about strikes, so any info you have would be greatly appreciated.

You only get access to direct partner support when you have at least 15,000 hours of watch time during the last 90 days.

It would be helpful if you provided a screenshot of your Features page. Are you sure they didn't send you an email informing you about the strike? YouTube won't apply a strike to your channel because of your tags, unless those weren't related to the video at all, for example clickbait tags. Unfortunately, your loss of features will last until the strike is removed, and there's nothing you can do about it.
