Howdy, I am trying to figure out how to included a frame from the video I am posting. I see this is done all the time but I can't quite figure out how to do it. All I seems to be able to do is copy the URL link which gets the job done but I would like to present the video with that frame and the little arrow to click on to start the video. I know this is probably so simple you are falling over laughing. Okay I will enjoy getting the answer. I am not using facebook or anything like that.

Thanks for youe time.

no laughing, everyone goes through these things, everyone is learning,,,,,,, when I edit videos in Adobe Premiere there is an option to take a jpeg frame grab from anywhere in video timeline, I often use this jpeg as thumbnail for YouTube video
