Request Having a hard time looking for Motion Designers

I'm really having a hard time looking for Motion Designers.

I need some bumpers, Intros, Outros, Logo Animations, Lower Thirds... I found some companies who do motion graphics, but they charge so much. I'm trying to search for freelance motion graphics designers on youtube so I can find amateur designers and they would ideally charge less.

at least your starting off young, by the time you get to around my age you should be youtube famous in a sense, if you keep it up.
