Have you had trolls on your channel?

I respond in some neutral way, not sounding angry at all, typically being honest when addressing their comment, and it's hilarious how quickly they turn around. One second, they're calling me out, I respond calmly and seriously, and then they name themselves out to being the jerk and often apologize.

Though I do have to admit, I did have this nice homophobic troll on one of my videos and I did have some fun with that guy. That one was too much to pass up. Unfortunately they deleted some of their comments, so the convo thread isn't as great as it was.
 
Yeah, you just have to ignore them and focus on the good viewers. People are so bold when they are behind their computer screen.

But yes I have had trolls, you're bound to get a couple when you have a video with over 130k views!
 
I had a really creepy guy comment on all of my videos when I first started out on YouTube, and I just reported his comments and blocked him from my channel. Other than that, I haven't had any bad incidents! Just the typical sub4sub commenters which I report for spam haha
