Have you ever got 95/5 deal with partnership?

You need a rather large channel to get one of those. (From a reputable network anyway, I'm sure some shady one can offer you that but you really don't want to take it)

The only MCN i ever joined was Freedom! and they had a 60/40 deal, which is not that great. I ended up leaving cause it was such a useless partnership

Had 90/10 with Creative Nation in 2014/2015 and basically even better deal than 95/5 with BBTV (it's basically RPM threshold deal). But unless you have a channel with 20-30k+ subs and great monthly views, it's difficult to expect something like that.

Lol I wish. but My advice, if your a small channel with 200 to 500 subs aim for a partnership with around 70% revenue share.

with the exception of you being a very big channel that actually makes the 5% worthwhile to the network, don't even bother in consider such a rev-share. It will really put you in their lowest of the lowest priority support.

Would you recommend Creative Nation to a channel like mine, I am considering joining. Do the pay on time, decent support etc.?

If you asked me this in 2014, I would definitely recommend them! However, they grew way too quickly and couldn't really handle it, essentially leaving most channels without proper support and management. They've had at least two issues with unlinking channels which frustrated a lot of people and normally our payments were on time, although there seem to be more issues lately - but I can't really tell if it's because those channels may have copyrighted content or not (they all always claim they're innocent :p).

If you're looking for a network where you won't get much in return, but give up 10% for audio library and community forums (which aren't too active and are mostly used by smallest partners who just advertise their stuff there hoping to get a few more views), then Creative Nation is good enough - they have a no lock-in contract, but seeing how we couldn't leave when we wanted and had to wait additional 2-3 weeks even after initial 30 days, it wasn't 100% no lock-in contract haha.

We were lucky to have a channel manager who we could've talked to and I knew some other employees and had direct contact to them, so they always looked into our issues and replied quickly, but many channels don't/won't have that opportunity and you'll be stuck with support through their tickets which isn't special, but not terrible either. I can't forgive them announcing new stuff (e.g. new dashboard) and other stuff for months when they had almost nothing finished and this was around end of 2014/start of 2015 - best way to confirm this to be truth is to say that they still haven't built/released that dashboard, lol.
