Has anyone else had this problem?

Okay so the other day I checked my account standings and it randomly said that my content ID was not in good standing even though I didn't have any content Id's on my videos whatsoever. Anyways it went back to good standing yesterday but now I can't upload videos over 15 minutes in length even though the upload page says that my account is able to upload videos longer than 15 minutes. Anyone else had this problem? If so how long did it take to get resolved?
 
Its not that, it was a bogus strike, when it said click here to view the copyright standings of your videos it said I had mo videos that were infringing copyright. I've read around and I see quite a few people have had this problem of late.
 
oh ok I'd contact youtube and let them know whats going on. Or just do a search around and see what you can come up with.
