Heyah !
TL;DR : I'm 7 months into my YouTube channel and almost 1.400 subscribers, I saw that the majority of people here fail at promoting and internet marketing, it's ok, happens a lot in the beginning :)

I'm not gonna go over my specific techniques of promoting my channel as i'm working on YouTube Marketing Guide, however if you have questions about how to improve your own techniques please ask.

this is an awesome idea for a thread, can't think of any questions at the moment but i will be sure to check out your marketing guide when its done :D
