Handful of questions about copyrights

Hi all
So im basically new to youtube. I created a channel about a week ago (not with this nick name) but haven't uploaded any videos yet.
So i got some questions that i had problems finding an answer to them, (sorry if my English is bad) and then i have found this great forum and i hope you could help me out guys.
I think those questions are important not just to me but to the whole new community of youtube who wants to monetize and make quality fun videos without them being deleted and getting copyright strikes. Thanks in advance ! :)

Questions

1 -
When i comment on the videos that i have uploaded, Can i use a voice changer with a voice changing free app downloaded from a google play store (from android phone) ? if so, do i have to state in my description what app i used ?

2 - Can i use sounds (not music) from like lets say from a free app from a google play store (from android phone). Like horror sounds etc.. Where you hear only a yell of somebody or if they say some very short sentence. if so, do i have to state in my description what app i used ?

3 - Can i video something with my camera and add video effects with apps like FX guru (using free or paid app from google play store). I mean i only will show the effects i have created on my own recorded video. if so, do i have to state in my description what app i used ?

4 - Lets say i edit my videos with an vegas pro or adobe premiere or windows movie maker etc.. Do i have to state which app i used on my uploaded video description ?

Again sorry for my bad English. I tried very hard to explain as best i could.

So thanks again to everyone, hope you guys answer my questions :)
in the near future ill have some more questions but for now i really hope you could help me with those so i could get starting make some fun quality content :)

Stating the app or source you got something from will never make any difference regarding using copyrighted content.

1. Yes, since your video won't contain any part of the app in it, only what you produced with it.
2. You can use any sounds from a source that states that the sounds are free for use or that they are available for download. Otherwise, like if you are taking sounds from another video or game or something, you'd need to get permission first.
3. If the effects are images that are just being placed on the video, then it would depend on if you are making money from the video and if the app states you can use them for that purpose. If the effects are something you created using the app, then you can use it for anything.
4. No, you don't have to state anything.

Ok great that helped but i just want to confirm about question number 3. I was talking about video effects that were already made and i just implented them on a video i recorded with my own cam. Is that legal ? Im talking abot the free / paid app called fx guru from google play store.
And yea i want to monetize my videos that i create with my cam with all those effects

Well, if there is, say, a picture of a car that you were to place over the video, that would be something created by the makers of the app and so you would be using their copyrighted content. That's because the picture of the car is something they created. You could use it for any free thing because they included it with the app for use. But some apps state that pictures or sound clips included in the app cannot be used for monetary gain. If it's not one of those, then you are fine.

If the effects you use are something like a blur effect or something like a type of brush that makes an effect, then there is no copyright on that and can be used any way you want. You can't copyright a style or idea, only an implementation of it.

Let me know if it is still unclear.

Thanks alot for helping me. Im talking about an effect lets say i take from this guru fx app - a plane is flying and crushing or something like that and i implant this effect on a video i record with my cam. This kind of effect im talking about. So i understand from you that i have to check out if they allow to use this effect for money gain. I checked in the app discription and i found nothing saying about not allowed for money usage. Where can i check it to be sure ? Or is it enough when they not state it in the discription on google play store ?
Hope you understand me. My english is bad. Thanks again for help m8

Most likely they are fine with it being used for money. I'm pretty sure they would state it. But just to be perfectly legal, you should try to find their website or contact someone there and ask.

The program E Jay where i can create my own music is it legal after i create with this program my own music and then implant them in my own videos ?

Yep, since you created it. It's just like using a Gibson guitar to play your own music. You wouldn't owe anything to Gibson.
