Had someone steal a video

I just filed a copyright claim on a video someone uploaded that was my original content. They seem to be from another country and just started uploading content on Nov. 1st. My video has millions of views, whereas they only have a couple views. Still frustrating. And YouTube puts scary language in the form... something about abusing the copyright form could get your channel removed. I almost didn't file the claim because of that sentence. I had to go back and make sure I wasn't seeing things and the video was in fact mine.

I've seen this happen a lot, it's upsetting knowing that someone is trying to steal from you, but because they have no views on them the ranking algorithm will mean they won't get viewed very much.
