A friend of mine once came to me -- took me to Bookmans and said, "You're going to buy me Gundam and we're going to watch it together." And I'm thinking, er okay. "Because you're a published writer and that means you can see why this show is brilliant." I can totally see how Gundam would have spawned reams of fanfiction... and lemons... ROFL.
