I've Got It
I need to recruit some guys to represent my crew on GTA Online. You won't be anything important, just muscle. BUT, if I see that you can do well and handle yourself then you may get promoted to a higher level. I just need some people to reprisent so we can get higher on the leaderboards. and, of course, I will usually call some guys in to do heists.

Like I said, if I see you do well then maybe we can talk and I can promote you through social club.

~Requirements~
-You have to be able to handle yourself (shoot well and not die too often)
- It is crucial that you can drive well on GTA IV (Because GTA V will be easier, if you're good in IV you will be good in V)
-Xbox LIVE and Rockstar Social club (for promotions)

I never said that? I just want some people to join... You really think i'm gonna buy a game just to watch people so stuff for me? Grow up

I don't think it helps much when you say someone isn't going to be anything important, might put them off or something :p good luck with getting some crew members though. Is this for GTA IV or are you setting a crew up for when GTA V comes out?
 
I think i worded it badly xD yeah its fir GTA V. Anyone who wants to join will be helping the whole crew out with the whole leaderboard thing. I do want to promote people but i want to promote the best people if you know what i mean

You said they would be muscle. That's the b***h work of a gang buddy. You're best off just getting real friends who you can promote so they don't feel useless.
