Do you guys know any free software for photo editing except for GIMP?

You can get Photoshop CS2 for free, but otherwise GIMP is most probably one of the better free ones out there.

Best 3, i can recommend to you if you don't want to download any software.

Software (Free):
GIMP (Cross-platform, closest to Photoshop)
Paint.NET (Windows-only)
InkScape (Cross-platform)
Seashore (Mac-only)

Software (Paid):
Photoshop (Best thing, if you have the money to spend on it)
Pixelmator (Mac-only, like Photoshop)

Trial version of Photoshop CC. Then when it runs out, create a new account. Best in the business for free.
