Got any tips for a beginner?

I allready know that you got like 10 seconds to get someones attention on youtube, but do you guys got any tips on how to start of my videos? I am thinking of going for the "goofy" style because it fits my personality. Just haven't found a way of implementing it in my videos.

The first 30 seconds of your video are most important. A good intro will last about 6 seconds and after that you should say hello or whatsup its NorwegianNoLife here and today I'm going to be talking about ______ over _____ gameplay. Something like that, also make sure the first 30 secs of the actual gameplay is intresting as well, we don't want to see footage of you afk in a corner Also, if your going for a sort of funny/goofy style then maybe say it in a weird or funny voice to catch a viewers attention

Gather knowledge about everything before you start anything.
Thats the most important thing when starting a channel.
Ask people, read threads and articles about content creating, commentaries, Lets plays, how to use editing software, recording software, hardware and everything that haves a connection to your style of video making.
