Gaming Got a big channel? Want a paid advertising chance?

Looking for a group of people to work on a paid advertising campaign to get all of our channels bigger. I will be funding the advertising. We will be creating a team which work in different areas. The requirements are fairly high, so you need to be getting roughly 2k-3k views per video with legitimate audience interaction.

The group will talk via Skype in a group chat, this is because we have a few techniques that can help boost our viewer base.

Because I'm the one who is going to be funding this and due to past experience, channels with smaller sub and view ratios tend to be lazy. I want someone who can commit just as much as myself
