Google Adsense Rejected....

yeah the funny thing is though im on my old channel that got approved for adsense but i shut the actual youtube channel down so i dont know why it still has adsense but i found out you have to cancel the adsense separately from your youtube channel

yea, adsense is a completely different account and is sperate from youtube.
But your best thing to do since you already have an adsense account is to just link that adsense account to your current youtube channel since you still know the information to it, then go to adsense.com, on the left side you will see "account settings" click that and go to the bottom of the page. When you get to the bottom of the page it should have a section that says "Acess and authorization" in that section you can enter an email; enter the email to your current youtube channel and then click invite.
After doing that it should be in the list with the other email that is associated with that adsense account, beside it should have a check box that says "administrator", check that off and voila, you can now use your email which is associated with your youtube account on adsense.com.

If the instructions are confusing, you can simply google or youtube "how to authorize a new email to my adsense account" and there should be a step by step video showing you how

go to youtube, go to your account setting, click on monetization, in there you should find a way to associate an adsense account, then it will ask you if you have a adsense account or if you would like to create one, click the option saying that you have an adsense account. It will then prompt you to log into, it should be the account stated in the email that you posted. after you log in, accept the terms, it will then prompt you to log back into your youtube account.
