Vanish. Don't even go to my channel and watch that, all you'll see is my pretty p****d because I my subscribers want is for me to beat that game XD
Also Grave, Slender Anxiety, Dungeon Nightmares, Slendytubbies, etc. These are free!
Among the Sleep is a really good short Triple A horror game, along with Slender the Arrival, but they cost around 10 dollars.

Outlast so far is the scariest I've played. But if you really get into it any horror game it can scare ya.
Penumbra is pretty good as well.
