Good network to CA under?

I'm looking into starting my own network mostly for my business class as a project and already done a lot of research i just wanna know the best MCN's to go under as a CA
 
I wouldn't be able to suggest a 'best' as I have not personally had experience with all networks that offer an open Content Aggregator programme but I can list all the networks I know of.

I'm sure I may have missed some out so feel free to add others below :) Hope this
 
I can't see any info about it on their website, but Bent Pixels (bentpixels.com) also is known to have some Content Aggregators, so it could be worth contacting them about that.
