Good Idea or bad idea?

Okay, so I was playing around on my acoustic guitar just a couple of minutes ago and got a really random idea for a comedic song, or at least seems kind of funny in my head. So I was thinking about doing this song where I start it off sounding like a love song. It sounds like I am talking about a girl, but then during the first chorus I actually show that I am talking about my bed because I do love my bed for sleeping! ^_^ I guess the same basic concept has been done before quite a few times, but I don't know wether I should stick to this video idea or not? It could be funny, or might be just slightly worth a giggle, but not worth making the full video for. I'm not too sure what to think of this video idea. So what do you think? Should I make this video or should I put this video idea aside? Don't worry, my feelings won't be hurt if you say to put it aside! :D
 
Sounds like a good idea if you can come up with the punchlines to make it work. See Tim Minchin's "Inflatable You" for a great example on a song that at first appears to be about a girl, then turns out to be about something else entirely :P[DOUBLEPOST=1375651836,1375651735][/DOUBLEPOST]

Just go for it! This has been said in the comments but I will say it again. There are 4 wise words. These words are the answer to all your questions, the answer to life. A wise man once said "You only live once!" and jumped off a cliff, flapping his arms so he can fly. He didn't fly, he died instead. BUT, it taught us a lesson. It taught us the rule of YOLO and that you must abide by this, stick to it, love it. This isn't just 4 silly words, this is something we all need to stand by and live by! Just go for it and make the video. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to ask a lion out on a date because YOLO!
