Good Gaming Sub-networks

I am looking for a good active gaming subnetwork. Why a subnetwork you may ask? The reason is because sub-networks often provide better support for their channels than the actual network. I am look for a sub network with their own graphic designer and that can do skype support. I have been looking to join taser but my channel isn't three months old. it is only 1 week old but I already have 50 Subs and average about 153 view per month according to youtube which i think is incorrect because my channel is only 1 week old.

Networks will release some graphic resources for the publishers to use but im having the impression you want a network with a graphic designer to do graphics for you? am i getting it wrong?
