Good/Cheap Capture Card?

I'm looking for a capture card that can record decent quality, I'm not look for no 1080p stuff.
I have a limit of roughly $50 so if anyone knows of something better than a "EasyCap" that's be fantastic.

I gave you all I the information I had to. I'm looking for a capture card better than Easycap for around $50. Do you know of one like that? If you do then you could just help me. Do you not? Then simply don't post. Is this hurting your mind with it's simplicity?
 
Ok....

Well in the capture card market, you're really only going to get what you pay for.

I think the best non-HD (which is all you'll really get away with as a channel) is the normal roxio card with retails for about 65$ so you may be able to get one on ebay for about 50$ :)

Thank you, there are some on ebay for even less than 50. I just needed to know which capture card works so I wouldn't be left with a brick again.
