Request Good banner for $200 yttalk?

Hey guys
I am going to choose one person to design my banner for the new layout. I'm willing to pay up to $150-200 yttalk cash for a good design. Depending on what I think of the people that reply, I may or may not go through with this. I want everybody interested to reply with a link to their graphics portfolio. I am looking for a professional and detailed 2D one, or a good grunge one.

My main computer isn't working right now. The registry got corrupted. That taught me a lesson. Never turn your computer off with the power button. I'll be buying a new os soon but I just want to see some designs for the new layout.[DOUBLEPOST=1366320561,1366320410][/DOUBLEPOST]So I can't run cinema 4d on my laptop. It'd be unbearable. I know that you'll only need photoshop for a good 2d one but I'm sort of leaning towards a 3D grunge one.

Definitely. That was a temporary one for when I accidentally lost my original one switching layouts. I haven't been bothered to hook up the hard drive with my stuffed up os to this computer since. It contained an alright background. I'll be reinstalling the os soon.

I'm actually looking for a banner for my other channel, CryptedCinema, though.

I would pay a gfx artist on youtube but money is tight right now. echgraphics . com -Portfolio site, nearly entirely Youtube related graphics from old school banner/backgrounds, to interactive annotation outros and new "One Channel" banners. I generally prefer linear, clean-edge graphics that might be used on corporate sites but I can manage grittier images like the ones linked above as well.
