Give yourself views?

Posting Mad!
I hope this isn't possible. But if I visit my channel page will it count as a video view for my featured video?

It will only count you so many times.. and actually it can freeze your count.. say you give your self to many counts.. it catches up..and stops counting new views until it passes what you counted... then it continues past there..

Yes.
I do it once or twice.
After uploading a video I watch it through to ensure the sound is still in sync and all is working OK.
I then add any annotations etc and watch it through again to make sure these are all OK.
I then monetise the video, before making it public for all to see.

Sometimes I have 3 or 4 views before its even gone public!!
It you do it too much then YouTube will think your spamming your own videos and will disable your adsense account - hence I always do my checking before monetising the video.

My default video upload is monetized, i never play after upload has finished. And in the channel feature videos, i never check it. If i want know abut the channel views, just go in my dashboard. To check the views of feature videos, check in my video manager. So i try to not spamming my self to increasing my channel views by playing my videos...
:D

Same here, I might want to switch featured videos, make sure the annotations is there is I have added them...basically what you do.

I always watch my videos once fully to make sure everything looks/sounds right once it's uploaded and then if I get a comment or something I go to the page to reply... is there another way to do that without opening my video?
