Play Pong and get really drunk, it would be beer pong. Try to get as extreme as you can, maybe fight the person you are playing and punch them in the stomach to make them puke on the screen or something

Find a game that you can easily make a series out of. Something that you could pick up and play, keep/make up a story to, and throw your own twist on it. I could tell you to go play Minecraft but if you are only interested in CoD then that doesn't really help you.
