Getting started. Which network? Adsense?

Hi everyone. I wanted to start earning money, or at least try to, with Youtube.
I have a channel with a good amount of views, and If i Start to upload again I can easily get many more.

My channel , more than subs based, is views based. Which means not all video of one kind (Like a videogame) Watched by a big subscribers basis, but little subscribers but many video views with different kind of videos.
So, my question is, what is the best Partnership ? I Live in EU but do english videos. I already read some post here and other sites, but I wanted someone to reccomend me personally.
Also, is GOOgle Adsense the best option if I can get it? Or a Partner could be better. (For exemple, I see Partners who give 80% while google gives 45). Could you please tell me if I should go for Adsense first, and 2-3 best partners for a not views based channel? Thanks everyone!

Just go with AdSense until you figure out how things work on YouTube. Also you mentioned that google gives 45% while partners give 80% and that is partially incorrect. Google will always take their 55% cut but if you go with MCN, they will take cut on top of that. For example, 100%-55%(google cut)-20%(Partner cut). If you do go with MCN then choose one that only takes 10-20% with max 1year lock-in contract. You can't predict how well will your channel do in future, so just don't get stuck in bad contract for many years as some MCN's offer 3+year long contracts.
