Getting rid of bots?

After looking at my analytics in Google Analytics I'm noticing there are a few websites that visit my channel and generate about 200 views and they clearly are bots. Is there a way to prevent them?

i have no idea... i know to stop the views from going up in a video when you know it's clearly bots is to simply put your video on private for a bit..but as for preventing them before they stay? i have no clue. ..

Can these bots turn into temporary subscribers? I just want to make sure all my subs are legit.

That's not the job of these bots. They don't register at Google/Youtube and randomly sub to channels.
