Getting paid. Adsense questions?

On my youtube channel I have estimated earnings of a certain figure, let's just say 50$ for now.

Is this actual money or what? How do I see how much money I have made and how do I withdraw it?

I logged onto adsense for the first time and its telling me all about page views for this month and cost per click and stuff? I'm lost
