Getting More Views?

I work hard on my videos, I give them tags, thumbnails, advertise them on social media, and have over 160 subs. But my videos only average 20 views. I do everything to get them about there and yet they get no views. Are there any tips for getting my videos out there more, or to get more viewers?

Video Influencers is a good channel as well, and try using Reddit for video promotion, it has helped me a lot.
