Getting artwork designed?

Hey guys, new here and have a question. I'm just kicking off work on a new gaming channel and new a thumbnail and banner. However my skill with photoshop is akin to my drawing, stick men push the limits. Do you know of anyone that offers design services for a reasonable fee?
