Getting 100 Views per day - Effective way to get subs?

So far I'm happy with the way my vid's are going, I set myself the idea that I'll only upload a new vid once my last posted one reaches 100 views. So far that's been happening in just under a day, which I'm obviously chuffed with. And with that I've gained maybe 13 subscribers in the past week?​

I was wondering if there's any easier way to relate views and subs, to make people who are obviously watching my videos, feel the need to sub..​

i find the best way is to either take a coupla seconds at the end of a video to remind people of the benefits of subbing or just do the same but write it in the description, or pop up an annotation at the end saying subscribe or something along those lines
