Hey guys,

I operate RyanLPG a growing YouTube channel.

*STATS Views +175.96% Over Last Month, Subscribers +575.00% Over Last Month

I am looking to post more full playthoughs of games without commentary. I am a YouTube metedata whiz and have successfully ranked countless videos in the mysterious youtube search engine. I am experienced with graphic design as well.

What I am looking for is ANYONE who will regularly record playthroughs of games and send them to me to post. I would then post them and compile tags, description etc. as well as thumbnails and watermarks.

Any game, any console.

This is a PAID position, when I make money you make money! I am looking for more than one candidate so please contact me if interested.

So hold on, this is all based on if your channel makes money? That's what I'm getting here, but I may be wrong. If that's the case though, it's more of a possible paid position, because there's no guarantee that you can pay them.

You're not any sort of "meta whiz"..

There is more things to be done to improve SEO on your latest videos than I have time to name. Infact your whole strategy seems to be "how much wikipedia paragraphs can I stuff into this description" which anyone can do in 30 seconds without letting you take a % of their earnings.
They also do not get alot of views at all for your channel size nor from the "successful ranked videos"

Every video uploaded by any channel is "ranked" it's where they are in regards to the top that matters.

So you will get someone to go through the work of playing through a whole game, then send you the video so you can upload, and they get no credit for the video? haha, then you promise payment saying "When I make money you make money" even though your videos average 20 views... Why wouldn't I just play the game, upload it to my own channel, then keep the money for myself ?

If I do this will my channel be linked in the description and in the referred channel box and will I send a duplicated copy of the walkthrough to you?
Meaning I still upload to my channel but I send the vids to you to be uploaded as well.

If its like that then I don't see a problem.
I get double advertising for one playthrough and a share in audience. You get increased traffic and we both share profit from those vids I send.

Not only that but YouTube has begun closing channels that spam their descriptions. Without warning as well.
It'd be a shame for someone to get excited, start making videos to "get paid" and the channel gets closed.

How about you make your own videos?.... -.-

Agreed with all this. What's the point? I mean why not just post my own s**t to my own channel, get my own adsense and partnership (which I already have), and get views by learning how to actually get to the top of the searches like I have through a few hours of research and some trial and error.

True but I am very experienced with YouTube SEO I get 15,000 to 25,000 views per month and increasing each month. THe best chance for income is with me. I also promote their channel.[DOUBLEPOST=1398138513,1398138395][/DOUBLEPOST]

I am trying to rank for the search for the quest, not a broad term like "ESO" "Elder Scrolls Online Walkthrough" and the ESO videos collectively get 500+ views daily. I also do not show them in subscriber view as to not spam their homepage.

Dude. Sorry to be a d**k. You don't have a single video on the channel linked that's even over 1k views... If I had to add up the total you might have 10k total out of the whole year. Give me the link to the channel that actually gets those views because the one linked isn't even close.
