Get Help And Support at YTtalk

Hmm... There's a white box for me in the main post, but I watched the video in your signature. Great one, @Michael. I love how you put some focus on the Useful Site Information area. I'm always in there, and those threads have helped me tons. I also like how you showed off the Contact Us area on the bottom of the forum (I honestly had no idea that was there. :/)

There really are quite a few ways to get support. ^.^

Haha I noticed it didnt embed correctly, I must have used the wrong URL, it is fixed now :D

Thank you for watching and glad to know you learned something from it, many of our members will know at least one of these ways already but it could still help some people especially if someone is locked out of their account and wondering how to get support when logged out :) I have a whole bunch of these videos coming soon with help topics on using the site, theyre not the most popular of videos but I am sure in time they'll have helped quite a few people which is the most important thing.

Theres a few more ways I forgot and thats sending a staff member a message directly or profile messaging them although these other ways can work best, it does depend what you need support with. For account issues that prevent you getting onto the site properly then email or using the contact us link/form is the best route, if you need help with site specific things like how to get cash or how to add a signature video then the Useful Site Info forum is the best place to check and then move onto the Site Support and Suggestions forum to get support from members and staff. PMs are best if its member-member issues.
