I run a company and we have a youtube channel that was set up by a person that is no longer with the company

We basically use the only video on this channel to run as an ad for our business.
I would like to receive access to this channel, how do I do that? We own the video that is up on the channel and it is connected to our google ads account.
I've tried to look for a way to contact youtube but that does not seem to exist?
